Laptop and desktop repair
Bring the machine in and a technician can watch the fault happen. That is the difference between a diagnosis and a guess.

Why the machine needs to be here
A great many faults are intermittent, and a description over the phone is a description of the symptom rather than the cause. A machine that shuts down under load, a screen that flickers only when the lid moves, a keyboard that fails when the case warms up — these are diagnosed by reproducing them, not by discussing them.
When the machine is on the bench, a technician can run it, watch it fail, and test the specific thing that failed. What comes back to you is what is actually wrong, not the most likely thing.
What we work on
All major computer brands, including HP, Dell, Acer, ASUS, Lenovo, MSI, Mac and Apple, on both laptops and desktops. Our technicians are trained and certified. We are not a manufacturer-authorised service centre for any brand, and we will say so rather than let you assume otherwise.
- Will not start, or starts and shuts down
- Overheating, loud fans, or throttling under load
- Screens, hinges, keyboards and charging ports
- Storage failures and slow performance
- Startup and operating-system problems
- Virus and unwanted-software removal
Nothing is done without your say-so
Diagnosis comes first, then a conversation about what we found and what the options are — including, when it applies, that the machine is not worth the parts it needs. Work begins after you have agreed to it.
New parts carry a one-year warranty, excluding acts of God, physical damage and neglect.
Step by step
How it goes
At the counter
Describe what the machine does and when. Anything that makes the fault appear is useful.
On the bench
A technician reproduces the fault and tests the components implicated by it.
The call
We tell you what is wrong, what it would take to fix, and whether it is worth doing.
Your decision
Repair, or take it away. Either is a normal outcome and neither is pushed.
Collection
We show you the machine working before it leaves.
