onecomputerstore.com describes the DeLand store and workshop in person. Ordering, accounts, appointments and enquiries are handled on the main 1ComputerOutlet site, so there is one order history and one set of policies rather than two that can disagree.

Yes. This is a website of Wholesale Computer Outlet LLC, trading as 1ComputerOutlet, at 106 North Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, Florida 32720.
Do you have more than one store?
No. One store and one repair workshop, both in DeLand. Any listing for a branch of this business elsewhere is not us.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: Closed.
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Booking through the main site means the counter is expecting you.
How long does a repair take?
We do not quote a time before diagnosing the fault, because it depends on what is wrong and on whether a part must be ordered. After the diagnosis we can tell you what to expect.
What should I bring with my computer?
The machine, its charger, and the sign-in password if you are willing to share it. Most valuable of all is a description of when the fault happens.
Which brands do you work on?
All major computer brands, including HP, Dell, Acer, ASUS, Lenovo, MSI, Mac and Apple. Servicing a brand is not the same as being authorised by it, and we are not.
Are your technicians qualified?
Our technicians are trained and certified. We do not claim membership of any specific manufacturer certification programme.
What warranty comes with a new part?
One year on new parts, excluding acts of God, physical damage and neglect.
Why are there no prices on this site?
Prices and stock live on the main 1ComputerOutlet site, backed by the inventory system. A price copied onto a second website goes stale, and a stale price is worse than no price.
How long has the store been here?
Since 2003, from an approximately 3,000 square foot store and workshop in DeLand. More than 20,000 customers have been helped in that time.
